TIRANA, September 6 – The Democratic Party (DP) headed by Sali Berisha presented the report for the May 14 elections on Wednesday.
DP chairman Sali Berisha said in the event that “today we are here in a special act in 32 years. We present to the Albanian and international public, the black book, dedicated to the electoral farce of May 14, 2023.”
“Albania today is characterized by the blackest phenomena in its history. The first and blackest is the mass abandonment of this country. It is enough to remember that this summer the country had the influx, the biggest tourist opportunity from abroad, but 60% of Albanians, according to the most reliable statistics, were not able to rest for 7 days during this summer,” he said.
In addition, Berisha said, Albanians leave the country because of extreme poverty. Albania has become a country in which polarization grows faster than anywhere else and twice as much as anywhere else.
“If you refer to the crime archive of this country, criminality reigns in Albania. The safety of Albanian citizens, their properties, their activities, their lives and their children, depends on and is controlled by crime today more than ever,” he said. /argumentum.al
