TIRANA, September 9 – President Bajram Begaj decreed on Saturday the dismissal of the ministers who are leaving office and at the same time the appointment of new ministers.
Specifically, Begaj decreed the dismissal of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, the Minister of Education and Sports, Evis Kushi, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Frida Krifca, and the Minister of State for Standards and Services, Milva Ekonomi.
President Begaj decreed the dismissal of the Minister of Finance and Economy, Delina Ibrahimaj, and her appointment as Minister of State for Entrepreneurship and Business Climate.
Begaj also decreed the dismissal of the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu, and her appointment as Minister of Education and Sports.
President Begaj also decreed Igli Hasan, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ervin Mete, Minister for Economy and Finance, Anila Denaj, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Albana Koçiu, Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Arbian Mazniku, Minister of State for Local Government.
The government changes were announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama during the Socialist Party Assembly on September 4. /argumentum.al
