TIRANA, September 12 – The EU confirmed on Tuesday that High Representative/Vice President Josep Borrell will host a High-level Meeting of the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue in Brussels on Thursday, September 14, with participation of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti.
The High Representative, along with EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak, will hold separate meetings with the respective leaders beginning at 9:00 a.m., followed by a joint trilateral meeting.
The meeting will focus on the implementation of the Agreement on the Path to normalization, as well as current issues, the EU said.
Kurti and Vucic met for the last time on May 2, nine days after the extraordinary elections in northern Kosovo. After the explosion of tensions in the north of Kosovo, high-level meetings have not been held except for technical ones. /argumentum.al
