Bulgarian minority was recognized in 2017, while their official number will be determined by the Census that starts on September 18.
During her visit to Albania, the Bulgarian vice president will visit the areas where the Bulgarian minority lives, will visit the Bulgarian school in Elbasan and will meet with high officials, including the president Bajram Begaj.
