TIRANA, October 10 – The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja has met with the representatives of the Croatian Parliament, headed by Željko Reiner, the First Deputy Speaker of the Croatian Parliament in the frame of his visit to Croatia.
In a post on social networks on Tuesday, Manja announced details of the meetings, emphasizing that Croatia is an excellent advocate for Albania on the way to integration into the European Union. According to him, when talking about the Albanian factor, the Croatian parliament shows a rare unity without differences between majority and opposition.
“An open conversation between old friends of our region such as the representatives of the Croatian Parliament, chaired by Željko Reiner, First Vice-President of the Parliament of Croatia. There was a significant message from the meeting: “When it comes to Albania and the Albanian factor in the region, the Croatian Parliament shows a rare unity, without majority-opposition differences”,” said Manja.
The Minister said that Croatia’s parliamentary diplomacy, as a member of the EU and NATO, is an excellent advocate for Albania on its way to the European Union. “This close coordination shows the strength of friendship and solidarity between our two countries,” said Manja. /argumentum.al
