Albania suspends flights from Great Britain after the appearance of a new variant of the coronavirus in that country.
The news was released by the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu on Monday who announced the return of the 14-day quarantine for the period December 22, 2020 to January 6, 2021. All travelers returning from Britain via other routes will have to be quarantined, according to her.
In the meantime the curfew will start at 20.30 until 6.00 in the morning on December 24 lasting until January 4 next year and the timing of the social premises is limited from 20.30 to 6.00 from December 24 to January 4. Starting from January 5 the timing of the lockdown will be restored at 22.00 to 6 in the morning.
Movement and activity of bars, restaurants and fast food is restricted from 20:30 to 6:00 starting from 24 December until 4 January. But the restriction is restored at 22:00 to 6 in the morning from 5 January, according to Manastirliu./argumentum.al
