All citizens who have got the Russian and Chinese vaccines are not exempted from receiving a vaccination certificate, when the WHO decides, despite the fact that they have not been approved by the European Medicines Agency.
This was announced by Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu who said on Monday that there is no EU decision to stop the certificates and that there will be no discrimination of countries.
“It should not be a concern as there is no EC decision to ban certificates. The EU is discussing a passport that will allow movement and they are discussing several components,” she said.
In addition Manastirliu noted there is still no decision by the EU to have a certificate so far. “The WHO has said that this certificate is difficult to produce, but I am convinced that a result will be reached that does not discriminate against countries that have not had vaccines and allow the passage as the disease has been proven, or a negative test,” said Manastirliu. /argumentum.al
