The Regional Hospital which was inaugurated on Wednesday in Fier, southern Albania, will serve citizens to receive more health services, said Prime Minister Edi Rama in the ceremony held on that occasion.
“The hospital of Fier will be of extraordinary value. With the opening of the hospital, we bring to Albania the wonderful tradition of much adored Turkish healthcare,” he said.
Further on Rama unveiled that several agreements were signed in Ankara. “Work has begun on co-operation and development in the field of tourism and cultural heritage. Our teams are intervening in Berat, Gjirokastra and repairing houses belonging to Albania’s heritage,” PM said.
He stressed that he is proud that Albania has such a friendly country and ready to help Albanians.
“We will work here every day for the new phase of health reform in Albania and make Divjaka a tourism destination. We want to open a branch of Istanbul Technical University in Albania. The sincere friendship between Albania and Turkey is bringing innumerable benefits to our country,” declared Rama. /argumentum.al
