Tirana International Airport has published an important announcement for all citizens who will travel to Italy starting from Thursday.
Through a post on social networks, TIA informs that according to an announcement released by the Italian authorities passengers traveling to Italy will have to present the negative anti Covid-19 tampon of the last 48 hours, or antigen test starting from April 22 to April 30.
It is also required that the test result be in English or Italian. Compulsory quarantine continues, even if the test is negative.
“According to the announcement of the Italian state authorities, from tomorrow, April 22, 2021 to April 30, passengers traveling to Italy must present a negative COVID buffer of the last 48 hours or an antigen test. It is strictly required that the test result be “in Italian or English by medical entities certified for this test. Compulsory quarantine continues, even if the test is negative,” said the announcement.
It reveals that only residents of the European Union, EU citizens and citizens who meet the travel conditions set by the host countries are allowed to travel.
