The new Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Tirana, Karel Urban presented his Credentials to President Ilir Meta, officially starting his ambassadorial mandate in Albania on Wednesday.
President Meta congratulated the new ambassador on his appointment and assured him of his support in the successful fulfillment of the diplomatic mission in Albania.
The Head of State expressed confidence that the engagement of Ambassador Urban will serve to further strengthen the excellent relations between the two countries and peoples, especially in the fields of economy and trade, tourism, education and culture.
President Meta thanked the new Czech Ambassador for his country’s support to the European integration process of Albania and the Western Balkans, as well as for the commitment and assistance in the framework of V4 and V4-WB6. / Argumentum.al
