“My coherence has been absolute for democracy, pluralism, European integration and the protection of the Constitution, which can never be changed without a referendum.”
This is the message that President llir Meta released on social networks on Saturday.
Among other things, Meta said that he had always served those very important pillars, which have to do with the interest of all Albanian citizens.

In another post on video on FB on Saturday Meta said that he would never betray his Albanian supporters. Meta emphasized that anyone can use the traitor, but no one loves him.
“Better to be betrayed than to be a traitor. Anyone can use a traitor, but no one loves him!” said Meta.
It is apparent that the hint in the second post is on the former interior minister, Sajmir Tahiri, who was sentenced to 3.4 years in jail and he is serving time in the Tirana high security prison starting from Friday. Tahiri was called by PM Edi Rama as the ‘champion of Socialists’.
But when he was asked by journalists about Tahiri’s sentence, Rama said he did not discuss the court’s decision. / Argumentum.al
