“March 6 is an election event for the mayors of Durres, Shkodra, Dibra, Lushnja, Rrogozhina and Vora, but it is a great message that you send to all Albanians,” said the veteran leader of the Democrats, Sali Berisha during a meeting in Durrës on Sunday.
He said the vote of the inhabitants of 6 municipalities is a message to all Albanians, it is a light of hope given to the Albanian youth.
“We must do everything to ignite hope in the soul of the youth, as they will build Albania to raise it to the level of the most beautiful dreams. This situation changes only if we return hope to the youth,” Berisha declared.
Commenting on MP Lulzim Basha, DP head, Berisha said that he should leave and not come out anymore in public.
“In 30 years in politics, he is the weakest leader whom no one trusts. A leader who on election day only 19% of voters considered him a leader is to give way immediately and not come out again,” he said. Berisha called on Basha’s supporters to join the movement for the renewal of the party and vote for the candidate of the ‘House of Freedom’. /argumentum.al
