The chairman of the opposition Democratic Party (DP), Lulzim Basha invited the Democrats of the northern city of Shkodra to vote for the candidate for mayor Xhemal Bushati so that not to allow the municipality to fall in the darkness but to stay all together for everything that this city represents in the history of the country.
“I invite you to pour this energy that we have gathered day after day, hour after hour, so that no one stands aside and all together let’s break once again the siege of evil to give Shkodra and its people the hope and faith in the future that is coming,” said Basha.
The right- wing Democrats ran a divided electoral campaign as the Democratic Party is split and the right-wing voters are divided while the ruling Socialists are united behind their candidate for mayor.
