The Democratic Party (DP) reacted on Saturday after the arrest of former Socialist Party (SP) MP Alqi Bllako. Through a statement to the media, DP MP Albana Vokshi stated that the concealment and controlled handover of Alqi Bllako for many, many hours, shows that PM Edi Rama and his subordinates in the State Police are ready to do everything to obstruct justice.
“The fact that the State Police played a tricky game ordered by Edi Rama shows the panic and horror from the deconspiracy that his collaborators can do in the corrupt affair of the century. When SPAK announced that it would arrest Rama’s deputy for the giant corruption with incinerators, the prime minister, the minister of justice and a whole camp of senior officials swore to implement the Justice Reform,” Vokshi said.
According to her, the police, for many hours, did not find Bllako while most likely he was in negotiations with Rama and other ministers involved in this affair. Vokshi further added that he was asked to shut up and not show the bosses involved in incinerators scandal of the hundreds of millions of euros.
“DP asks SPAK to solve the scandal with the state political police. Alqi Bllako today has the opportunity to do himself and Albania an honor. To tell the whole truth,” Vokshi stressed. /Argumentum.al
