TIRANA, May 11 – Albanian government has announced that it has approved the agreement reached between Albania and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on mutual recognition of driving licenses.
This decision endorsed on Wednesday enters into force immediately after its publication in the Official Gazette

Decision
On the approval of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the mutual recognition of driving licenses Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 19, of Law no. 43/2016, “On international agreements in the Republic of Albania” on the proposal of the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, the Council of Ministers decided:
Approval of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the mutual recognition of driving licenses according to the text attached to this decision.
This decision enters into force after its publication in the “Official Gazette”. /Argumentum.al
