TIRANA, November 12 – Prime Minister Edi Rama conveyed on Saturday through social networks other facts, which according to him prove how “the ruble opposition has stuck a knife in the back of Kosovo and Albania in Strasbourg”.
Rama published the official announcement of the press office of the Prime Minister on the meeting in Tirana of the former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, with the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Russian State Duma, Konstantin Kosachev, one month before the vote of the resolution against Kosovo in the Council of Europe.
