TIRANA, November 14 – Albanians are sending a strong signal to the international community, like they did at the November 12 protest, which was held in Tirana with the participation of citizens from across Albania, has said the Democratic Party (DP) chairman, Sali Berisha.
“But at the same time, the protesters proved to the chancelleries of Europe and the world that next to a narco-state installed in Albania, next to a monism that is based on the theft of votes through crime, drugs and fraud, there is an entire people standing up to throw it in Lana river, to overthrow this regime,” said Berisha on Monday.
The DP head declared during the protest on November 12 that Albania would not have stability without the free vote. On Monday, Berisha said that the Albanians are taking to the streets, while he called on the internationals to support them in their battle.
“Albanians are today more determined to protest than ever. The November 12 protest proved that they are readier than ever to protest. I inform you that very soon you will get to know the agenda of other powerful protests,” he said.
“Once again, my call to friends and partners is: Support the Albanians in their battle. We will win,” said Berisha. /Argumentum.al
