TIRANA, November 14 – The high representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, said that both Kosovo and Serbia urgently need to find a way to calm the created tensions. In addition, he requested in his statement on Monday that both parties must fulfill their legal obligations.
Borrell made this statement after his report to the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the EU, where he emphasized that the current crisis in the north of Kosovo is the most dangerous and serious since 2013.
“Both sides must urgently show readiness to find a solution to reduce tensions. It is unacceptable to ignore the obligations that come from dialogue,” said Borrell.
