TIRANA, November 19 – There is political will in Greece to establish strong bilateral economic relations with Albania and to support the economy of this country through a dynamic presence of Greek investments, has said the Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy Kostas Fragogiannis, speaking in the Greek-Albanian Forum in Athens.
Fragogiannis was quoted by Kathimerni on Friday as saying the economic and commercial relations between Greece and Albania are “strategic” and pointed out the essential contribution of Greece in the last 25 years to the economic development of Albania and to the prosperity of its people through trade, business partnerships, strategic investments and development cooperation.
The Greek deputy minister also referred to the 367 active Greek and joint Greek-Albanian companies currently operating in Albania and expressed his optimism for the further expansion and diversification of economic transactions in more sectors. /Argumentum.al
