TIRANA, December 27 – The former president of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, has said that the idea of the division of Kosovo was not of the former president Hashim Thaçi, accusing the Albanian prime minister, Edi Rama of it. “The idea of the division of Kosovo was not brought by Hashim Thaçi, but by Edi Rama,” said Hasani in the talk show “Pressing” on T7’s.
Also, Hasani says that the idea was also intended to delegitimize Hashim Thaçi. “I still believe today that that idea is behind the delegitimization of Hashim Thaçi so that when he went to Speciale Court none should feel sorry for him,” Hasani declared. He also spoke about Thaçi’s meeting with the Russian president, Vladimir Putin. “Rama and Vuçiq believed that they could create a momentum, that’s how Thaçi’s meeting with Putin came about.”
Hasani gave these statements while speaking about the analysis of the chief academician, Mehmet Kraja, who published it on behalf of the Academy of Sciences and Arts that has been criticized in the public opinion.
