TIRANA, January 3 – Policeman Dilaver Velo, the father of 30-year-old Albano Velo who was arrested for the murder of businessman Edmond Papa has been suspended from duty on Tuesday.
In an official reaction, the State Police announced on Tuesday that immediately after the arrest of the 30-year-old, the General Directorate of the State Police suspended the police officer, inspector Dilaver Velo, with the duty of a service body in the Patrol Section at Police Station No. 4, Tirana.
Also, the Directorate of Professional Standards in the General Directorate of the State Police has launched an in-depth investigation against the Police employee, suspended from duty. /Argumentum.al
