TIRANA, January 5 – “In April, the first installment of the Extraordinary Tax on large energy producers will be collected, and as we have promised, this tax will serve to support pensioners first, and, if possible, the most needy categories ,” announces Rama who said that at the meeting of the government on Thursday which is was part of a series of meetings over the last days, and as it is reported the discussions cover many fields.
Earlier, the head of the government announced that 3 new stadiums will start with 3 international competitions in the spring, in Durrës, Vlorë and Korçë. Another announcement that came from Thursday’s meeting was about the smart labs, which will enter the first grade.
“Smart laboratories and access to digital language learning from the first grade will step by step turn Albania into an exemplary quality employment space for young people, while the new annual Coding program will give in a short time to the young people involved the key to enter the global online market with high salaries,” said Rama.
Regarding agriculture, the head of the Albanian government said that last year was an absolute record for agricultural exports.
“Our ambition is to capture 1 billion USD and make Albania the champion of the Balkans in 2030, also in agricultural exports, and then some who see the village only through the binoculars of the media say that agriculture is dead,” said Rama /Argumentum.al
