TIRANA, January 9 – The member of the Constitutional Court, Marjana Semini, was sworn in in at the Presidency on Monday.
After the execution of the national anthem and the reading of the corresponding decision of her appointment, Judge Marjana Semini swore with her hand on the Constitution of Albania before the President of the Republic that: “I swear that while performing my duties I will always remain loyal to the Constitution of the Republic of Albania.”
President Begaj wished Ms. Semini success in her new position as a member of the Constitutional Court.
The president of the Constitutional Court, Vitore Tusha, the president of the Laws Commission in the Parliament of Albania, Klotilda Ferhati Bushka, representatives of the EU Delegation, OPDAT, and members of the President’s cabinet were present at the solemn swearing-in ceremony. /Argumentum.al
