TIRANA, January 17 – The chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha, reacted on Tuesday regarding the withdrawal of the complaint by the chairman of the parliamentary group of the DP, Enkelejd Alibeaj, about the merger of the 2 statutes of the Assembly of July 17 and December 18.
In a press conference, Berisha said that the decision of the Court of Tirana is a final decision, which should automatically be registered in the register of parties.
Berisha said that Edi Rama has taken hostage the decision of the Court of First Instance and does not allow registration in the register of political parties.
“Alibasha has the right, he and every citizen, to go to the court of fact, and for any objection or evidence, to open a new process, but not to become a party. This happens in Rama’s ridiculous justice, which acts like a dictatorship, which prevents the automatic and indisputable registration of the court’s decision for the December 11 Assembly,” emphasized Berisha.
Berisha said that Alibasha de facto accepted the December 11 Assembly after withdrawing from the December 18 Assembly.
“He follows Edi Rama’s orders. They are worthless, misused by a man who has no principles, respects no principles, no laws, no norms”, said Berisha. /Argumentum.al
