TIRANA, April 28 – Convinced of the victory of the “Together We Win” coalition, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), has said that after May 14 the opposition will work for the removal of the head of the government, Edi Rama.
At the weekly press conference on Friday, Berisha also responded to the ironies used by Rama during election meetings against political opponents. There was also an answer for the acting head of the tiny DP faction, Enkelejd Alibeaj, who supported Rama’s statement saying that the vote for the “Together We Win” coalition takes Albania back.
While accusing them of corruption, Berisha warned that he will submit a criminal report to special prosecution for serious crimes, SPAK against Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj and the candidate of the Socialist Party in Durrës, Emiriana Sako.
The former prime minister invited Rama again to a televised debate, where he said he would publish all the thefts committed by the Socialist government. /Argumentum.al
