PM Rama warns of fatalities by ‘bomb explosions’
The Prime Minister, Edi Rama has sounded highly like never before the sound of alarm warning that Albania is threatened to lose a ‘mountain of people’. In a post on his FB account on Monday he launched the appeal for halting the fatality at any cost because, as he warned, this is the week of the explosion of ‘bombs’. “It is a decisive week,” he said.
Mr. Rama called on the people to abide by the preventive measures and the deadlines of the lockdown. “We entered soon in tranches and it is a shame to lose this advantage for nothing,” he said adding that the disobedient persons will drop in number when they see the war bulletins reporting on the increased of the victims.
“We cannot avoid some losses but it is up to us to avoid the catastrophe,” said the PM, who has been criticized by opposition and some figures of the social society for creating panic among the population with his frightful warnings.
In the meantime the health ministry has announced that the number of fatalities from Covid – 19 rose to 4 on Monday as a 43-year old passed away at the infectious hospital.
But in a tit-for-tat response Mr. Rama took this opportunity to respond to his criticizers telling them that he did not belong to the ‘bad race’ who say: ‘Do what I say, but don’t do what I do!’ He closed his remarks by noting that it is a paradox that slanders and nonsense continue at this time of the plague. /argumentum.al
