TIRANA, October 13 – The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs continues its efforts to help citizens in difficulty due to the war in Israel and the Gaza Strip through the Embassies of Albania in Israel and Egypt.
According to an announcement released by the Ministry on Friday contacts have been put with some Albanian citizens who want to leave the Gaza Strip through the embassy in Egypt.
In addition the Ministry announced that it is in continuous contact with these citizens, who only two days ago officially declared that they live in the Gaza Strip.
The Foreign Ministry said that earlier there was no declaration of Albanian citizens living in the Gaza Strip. Since the first contact with Albanian citizens, the ministry has been in constant communication with its representatives in Egypt and Israel and international organizations to facilitate the exit of citizens from the Gaza Strip. /argumentum.al
