TIRANA, October 22 – Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama addressed his wishes to the newly appointed Italian Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni in a post released on social networks on Saturday.
The far-right Italian politician Giorgia Meloni has been sworn in as the new prime minister of Italy, becoming the first woman in the country’s history to hold this post.
According to him, Albania owes a lot to Italy, with which, according to him, it has an ancient and fraternal friendship.
Rama said that bond has always inspired relations between the Albanian and Italian governments. In conclusion the left-wing leader of the Albanian government wished Meloni, a far right veteran politician, good luck.
