TIRANA, October 23 – The Speaker of the Assembly of Albania, Lindita Nikolla has congratulated the new President of the Chamber of Deputies of Italy, Lorenzo Fontana, after his election as the head of this Chamber.
“I am confident that the relations between the Assembly of Albania and the Chamber of Deputies will continue to be excellent and that the Cooperation Protocol, signed in April of this year, will serve to intensify our cooperation,” said Nikolla in the message addressed to Fontana, which was released on Sunday.
According to her, parliamentary cooperation will promote and support the all-round bilateral cooperation between Albania and Italy,” said Nikolla, who expressed her gratitude for the support that Italy has given Albania on the way to European integration.
