TIRANA, July 26 – 78-year-old mujahedeen Ali Mostashari died of a cardiac arrest on June 20, when the police carried out an operation in the MEK camp.
This is the conclusion of the examinations made by Forensic Medicine. In a medical report released by local media on Wednesday, it is said that the death was a result of heart problems, as well as the aggravation of other vital organs due to the lack of medical treatment.
“The organ changes are a consequence of the diseases from which the victim suffered. The cause of death of the citizen, Ali Mostashari, was advanced coronary sclerosis with the mechanism of fresh myocardial infarction,” said the report.
As for some marks found on the victim’s body, the forensic report said that they were caused by the fall in the last moments of life.
“The bruises observed on the head, nose and lower limbs should most likely have been caused as a result of the fall in the last moments of life,” it is reported.
Forensic experts have concluded that Ali Mostashari died between 10:00 and 12:00 in the morning on June 20. His body was examined 8 to 10 hours later. /argumentum.al
