TIRANA, January 22 – The Bektashian World Grandfather, His Holiness, Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj was awarded the title of “Honorary Citizen” of the Vlora region on Sunday.
Many local power authorities and figures of public life were present at this ceremony. During his speech, he thanked all those who were present and also conveyed messages to all the young men and women and family members who are leaving the country.
“I feel privileged today among you to receive the title of Honorary Citizen of the District of Vlora, a significant title which means responsibility for the tasks that await us in the future,” His Holiness, Brahimaj said.
Further he had a message addressed to the Albanians in these difficult days that their country is going through. “Not to leave this blessed country that our ancestors gave their lives to keep this nation alive.
