TIRANA, June 14 – Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has condemned the kidnapping of three policemen, who were kidnapped by Serbian forces during a patrol in the place called Tresave/Bare, on the border line in the north of Kosovo.
Through a post on Facebook on Wednesday, the chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha said that this is a terrorist act ordered directly by “little Putin”.
Berisha has called on the international community to condemn what he described as “the warmongering terrorist act of the former Milosevic, the young Aleksandar Vucic”.
“Terrorist act ordered directly by little Putin. This is the moment when the Serbian military terrorist group kidnaps three Albanian policemen who were on duty in the territory of Kosovo in the north,” said Berisha, who has posted a video on the kidnapping act.
“I condemn with the greatest force this terrorist, criminal act of Vucic’s phalanx and call on the international community to condemn with the greatest force this warmongering terrorist act of the former Milosevic, the new Aleksandar Vucic,” said Berisha in his post on Facebook.
There is no official comment from official authorities in Tirana as yet, while PM Edi Rama canceled a joint meeting of the two governments scheduled to be held in Gjakova on Wednesday. Such an act is a continuation of the hostile stance of Rama towards Kosovo PM Kurti regarding the latter’s stance on the situation in northern Kosovo and refusal of Rama,s draft on the statute of the Association of Serb municipalities in Kosovo which has been sent to the French president and German Chancellor a few days ago. Vucic has also rejected such a proposal. /argumentum.al
