TIRANA, May 10 – The chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha accused Edi Rama in a closing electoral rally in Lushnja and Divjakë municipalities that he led Albanians to poverty and depopulated the country.
Berisha said on Wednesday that moving forward with Edi Rama means moving towards the poverty and emptying of Albania. Also, he accused the government of abusing 122 billion ALL in 9 months and destroying education, health and businesses.
“From 1992 until today, we have not had such important, such vital elections, and not for a political party, not for Sali Berisha, or another person, but for every citizen, for each of you, for every democrat, socialist, non-partisan, for everyone dissatisfied because it goes from bad to worse with this regime,” said the DP head.
According to Berisha, Rama has only one goal – the enrichment of himself and his clans, and for this reason, he steals, steals unrestrainedly.
The High State Audit declares that he has stolen 122 billion ALL with his government in 9 months and Berisha asked if it could be gone further with this man.
“Moving forward with Edi Rama means moving forward towards the abyss. Moving forward with Edi Rama means running towards poverty. Moving forward with Edi Rama means running towards the emptying of Albania. Moving forward with Edi Rama means running towards the destruction of services, education, health, business,” said Berisha.
In addition, the DP head said that a few years ago people felt that change was needed and there were those who thought again that Edi Rama could bring about change. Time proved that this was a very wrong opinion, because Edi Rama brought about the deterioration of the economic situation of the Albanians, imposed on them the tyranny of poverty. /Argumentum.al
