TIRANA, February 10 – The chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha, focused on the extraordinary importance for Albanian citizens of the national protest that will be held in Tirana on February 11 in Friday’s press conference.
“Tomorrow’s protest, its call has an extraordinary impact on Albanian citizens and is expected with great interest worldwide,” said Berisha, who stressed that, according to him, this is the protest that has awakened the most lively interest not only in Albania where it is talked about everywhere, but there is also great interest around the world, especially in the US and European countries.
“This is a protest with which Albanians respond strongly to the ‘Watergate’ of the 21st century, one of the biggest scandals of the times. They demand the removal of the prime minister, who for his chair did not hesitate to corrupt and use as a contract killer, the agent, perhaps the most important one on the planet,” said Berisha.
Further he said that the scale of the affair increases every day the interest in the protest of the Albanians at a time when Edi Rama is absolutely hopeless. Berisha said that Rama hid the crime before Albanian and US justice and that he is under thorough investigation in the US. “That investigation is exhaustive for all his criminal activity against the partner country, ally, key leader of NATO, and security in the world,” said the DP chairman. /Argumentum.al
