TIRANA, January 13 – The head of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha, declared at Friday’s press conference that the Democratic Party has its own logo. He said that the court has made the decision and the Democrats will defend this decision.
“We don’t have the logo. We officially have the logo. In absolutely every law of the world, we have the logo. Because there is a court decision that recognizes it. The whole problem is here, Edi Rama does not allow the court’s decision to be recorded. That doesn’t mean we don’t have a logo, we have the logo,” said Berisha who added that the court has decided. “The court’s decision for a party is a check of documentation and principles whether or not it complies with the Constitution. That’s it. There is no other work. Do you object that these are fake? In every country of the world you open a different process,” said the DP head.
According to him, DP can never become a party to this process, because if we establish this practice, we overturn every court decision.
“There are some inviolable principles. Everything is political here and we will give it the solution it deserves. The solution will be revolution. Without discussion. There is nothing here, the judge has given the decision. We will abide by the decision, the law,” said Berisha. /Argumentum.al
