TIRANA, March 18 – The State Commissioner of Elections registered the Coalition “Together We Win” in the local elections of May 14 without the Democratic Party headed by its chairman Sali Berisha on Saturday.
Regarding the registration of the “Together We Win” coalition, representative of DP group Indrit Sefa said that the request of this coalition should be rejected because the symbols of the DP were used in an unauthorized manner.
State Commissioner of Elections Ilirjan Celibashi said “we are facing the same situation as that of the March 6 primary elections, where more or less the same request was made.”
He said that the coalition will be registered with only three political parties, the Freedom Party, the Christian Democratic Party and the Party for Union for Human Rights with the letters “BF”.
