TIRANA, December 11 – The Democratic Party (DP) held on Sunday the ceremony to mark the 32nd anniversary of its establishment and the Democrat head, Sali Berisha said they bow with the greatest respect to the work, the courage of the tribune of freedom, Azem Hajdari and the students, who made it possible the end of the era of monism in Albania.
In addition Berisha said he honored and thanked greatly those hundreds and thousands of men and women who invested their knowledge in these decades for the transformation of Albania, which despite the dramatic situation it is in, but compared to Albania 32 years ago it is 32 times forward.
“DP was founded 32 years ago, first of all as a party of freedom and rights of Albanian citizens, the most oppressed people in the planet. It was founded as a party of democratic values,” he said.
