The Democratic Party (DP) has strongly condemned the attack with explosives on the property of the Democratic candidate for the municipality of Shkodra, Xhemal Bushati.
“Fortunately, Bushati’s family, who lives in the same building, has no physical injuries, but the event is shocking for them and the citizens of Shkodra. Unfortunately, the security situation in Shkodra is only deteriorating due to the government’s alliance with crime,” said a DP statement released on Saturday.
The Democratic Party urges law enforcement agencies to find those responsible for this aggression which directly affects Bushati, one of the most respected personalities in the city of Shkodra.
“Whoever thinks he can bend the Democrats with direct or indirect attacks has made the wrong calculations,” noted the statement.
Two explosions, one of which in downtown of the largest northern city shook the city causing panic among the citizens. The explosions blasted in two different places of the city at the same time. /Argumentum.al
