In one of his rare meetings with party members, the current head of the Democratic Party (DP), Lulzim Basha was in the city of Fier, southern Albania, on Sunday where he declared that he would destroy the ‘Bermuda Triangle’ meaning former PM Sali Berisha, PM Edi Rama and President Ilir Meta.
“Let us tell this majority not to lose faith in Albania, do not lose hope for yourself and your children, do not give up in front of a minority, do not give up in front of the knights of the Triangle of transition who have taken everything and give nothing. They want to continue to be in the seats of power forever in their eternal rule for the sake of which they are ready to change the Constitution, to violate the Constitution and the laws of their corrupt assets,”he said.
Basha promised that they will bring about change, the change stolen in the April 25 election massacre.
“We will open a page that should have been opened decades ago, that of true pluralism. Albania and Albanian politics no longer belong to the 3 dinosaurs of transition. And for this we must do the vetting of politicians as soon as possible. Each of the sides of the Bermuda Triangle has its own reasons why it does not like vetting.
