TIRANA, April 23 – The head of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha raised the alarm that the south of Albania is being destroyed by the mafia at an electoral meeting in Delvina, southern Albania, where he presented the candidate of the “Together We Win” coalition, Ilir Mehmeti on Sunday.
“The South has a major danger, the mafia, the mafia and only the mafia. They are destroying it. Go to Ksamil, there is an unimaginable carnage going on. Mafia. Faik Konica said it well; God protect Albania from Albanians. There is no invader who can behave in this way towards a country, as these government officials are behaving,” said Berisha.
In a comment on PM he said that Edi Rama is at the top of the list for looting the wealth of Albanians and spending on luxury. “The man who spends 22 million Euros on a private jet with a bedroom and now he looks like a ‘shovel’ man.”
That is why Albanians should turn May 14 into punishment for Edi Rama, said Berisha. “We must do everything to establish pluralism on May 14. Let’s give signals that autumn will be his shameful end. That end must come from the Albanians.”
According to Berisha, on May 14, Albanians will decide with their vote a victory similar to that of the parliamentary elections of 1992. /Argumentum.al
