TIRANA, April 10 – The Chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha held a conversation with the citizens on Monday, where he emphasized that he had called on the inspector general of US State Department, the Congress, and the FBI to investigate corrupt affairs, including property, of Ambassador Yuri Kim in Albania.
“The ambassador, whom I call the governor, has exceeded every kind of limit of her mandate, of the norms, of respect, of the sovereignty of a country,” he said, adding that because of the deceptions she has done to her government, she has undertaken reprehensible acts against Albanian justice.
“It’s enough to remind here the prosecutors from whom she has requested in a Stalinist like way to arrest Sali Berisha. Some of them would have liked to fulfill that wish, but they have received an answer that there is no fact, no document,” said Berisha, who stressed that another very serious aspect is the stance of Kim on the McGonigal affair. “She is totally involved and a copy in a McGonigal dress in the sense of corruption by this government to fight the opposition in the most unprincipled way.”
In another event, it is reported that the Coalition “Together We Win ” has released the announcement regarding the opening of the campaign of the local elections. The event will take place at the “Air Albania” stadium on April 15 at 12:00.
