Lajcak in a statement posted on Twitter said on Tuesday that everything in Kosovo-Serbia talks is political. Below is Lajcak’s note:
“Welcomed Besnik Bislimi, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, for a discussion today ahead of tomorrow’s Dialogue meeting on Chief negotiators’ level.
