Former Democrat PM denies any consensus on new President with Socialist majority

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who was in Shkodra on Saturday to honor the four Martyrs of Democracy killed on April 2, 1991, spoke on many issues such as the situation that the Democratic Party (DP) is going through, the union of Democrats, the name of the new President, but alsof on the government.
Asked about a proposal for the new President, Berisha said that there is no one, as he denied the consensus with Prime Minister Edi Rama and said that his candidates will not be voted.
“We do not have a proposal for President. Absolutely, we do not vote for Edi Rama’s candidates in any way. To vote for Edi Rama’s candidates means to bring his replica to the Presidency. The consensus with Edi Rama is to kiss Judas.
“He suffers from the death complex and in his sleep he wakes up terrified of me,” Berisha declared. Asked if there is a strategy to defeat the Socialist Party (SP) and Prime Minister Rama he said it will happen like the other two times.
“As I have defeated him two more times, I will defeat him,” declared Berisha.
Among other things, Berisha called on all citizens who consider this regime as anti-Albanian to come together and prepare for tougher battles against him. /argumentum.al
