TIRANA, July 4 – Former Prime Minister Pandeli Majko said in an interview on Balkanweb on Tuesday that PM Albin Kurt is not working against Kosovo’s interests, but is putting pressure on the international community to understand the danger posed to this country by terrorist groups sponsored by Belgrade, which aim at instability of the country. He further said that the methodology that Kurti is following in politics is somewhat similar to the methodology of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
“You have to make a distinction about Kurti’s methodology because he is similar to Edi Rama. To create a difference from others, he (Kurti) has also applied terms against American politics. He wanted to create in front of his voters what is the difference between other parties and Vetëvendosje, and he turned this party into a real political event,” said Majko.
“This is more or less similar to the methodology of Rama who goes to vote in shorts and red socks, which is a methodology that attracts attention,” said the former PM.
“I don’t believe that Kurti is working against the interests of his country, but he is exerting maximum pressure so that the West understands that he too has a problem, which is the groups sponsored by Belgrade and beyond that they are trying to create instability in Kosovo,” Majko concluded. /argumentum.al
