TIRANA, February 11 – The Chairman of the Freedom Party (FP), Ilir Meta, attacked PM Edi Rama, calling him the “ostrich” of Renaissance while speaking in front of the protesters in Tirana on Saturday.
Meta said that Rama will account for the constitutional violations, pointing out that the “McGonigal” case is the affair that poured out the anger of Albanians.
“This historic and magnificent protest today is proof of the highest civic and patriotic dignity, Today is the time to face this rotten, thieving regime in an irrevocable resistance,” said Meta.
Further the FP head said that the ostrich of the Renaissance, Edi Rama, has been hiding like an incomparable coward because of the terrible fear he has of facing the truth regarding the incalculable damages.
“Edi Rama used the power for himself and is ready to satisfy any domestic and international mafia people, just to prolong his power for a few more days. The corruption affair that has shaken the whole world on both sides of the Atlantic is the affair that has poured out the cup of anger. Rama is clear that he cannot escape accountability. He will be held accountable for the violations of the constitution that he has committed,” said Meta. /Argumentum.al
