TIRANA, March 4 – The head of the Freedom Party (FP), Ilir Meta, reacted harshly to Prime Minister Edi Rama regarding the decision on the seal of the Democratic Party which was made by the Court of Appeals on Friday.
Meta said in a meeting with supporters of the Freedom Party in the town of Vora on Saturday that the citizens must be together on May 14 to bring about the change that the country needs.
Albania will hold local elections on May 14.
“No worries about the seal. Let Edi find a place for it and put it where he likes it the most!” said Meta.
Further he said that Rama will pay so that no one dares in the future to violate the law, democracy and harm the future of Albania.
“Give us the power to be accountable to you, power is the vote, we are not saying that we will do miracles, but your tax budget will be transparent. The opportunities for Vora are very big because Vora is paradise, it is the biggest industrial area and there will be big changes with a little work to attract serious investors,” said Meta. /Argumentum.al
