Greece Extends Blockage of Kapshtica Checkpoint with Albania

Greece extends the blockage of Kapshtica border crossing point with Albania until May 3 this year while it’s free the entry from the neighboring country without any safety measures from 06:00 to 22:00.
This was announced by Albanian foreign ministry on Tuesday. The full text of the announcement is below:
“The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs announces that the Kapshtica Border Crossing Point will continue to be blocked, until 03.05.2021.
Until this date, the exit from Albania and the entrance to Greece through this crossing point, continues to be closed.
While leaving Greece and entering our country, will be allowed from 06:00 to 22:00, for all citizens and vehicle categories.” /argumentum.al
