The Tirana Prosecutor’s Office has issued 6 arrest warrants and 5 of them are issued against employees or former employees of the Local Directorate of Cadastre of the Albanian Capital.
They were arrested because they allowed the alienation of state property through the legalization process in violation of the law.
After the investigations, the forgery scheme used and accepted by the state employees was ascertained.
According to the announcement of police released on Wednesday, it is said that citizens Hajdar Sula, Klediol Bilo, Petro Fusha, Ergys Halili, Leonard Grabova, Adrian Duro have been handcuffed. Citizen Sula has managed to privatize the Health Center thanks to the actions of employees whose names are not yet disclosed. The police report said “the police operation codenamed “Last Legalization” is successfully finalized. The operation was carried out by the Corruption Investigation Section in DVP Tirana in cooperation with the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance.”
They had posts like legal specialiss and cartographers in the Regional Directorate of Local Directorate of Cadastre./ Argumentum.al
