TIRANA, November 16 – Justice must hit the mark and not according to the guidelines coming from the Socialist Party (SP) congress, has said the lawmaker of the Freedom Party (FP), Monika Kryemadhi.
Kryemadhi made that comment after Wednesday’s action by the prosecution authority for serious crimes, SPAK, regarding the mega corrupt scheme of incinerators.
She pointed out in a post on FB that reliable sources show that a few months ago SPAK requested an arrest warrant for Armando Subashi and it was stopped and that the same deformation is happening for the investigations of the Tirana incinerator to save the Mayor, Erion Veliaj and the true masterminds of the incinerator affair.
“I welcome today’s actions for the incinerators, and thus it was shown that the facts that I have made public are undeniable. But, justice should not act with direction and clientelistic favoritism!” said Kryemadhi.
According to the FP lawmaker, reliable sources show that a few months ago, SPAK requested an arrest warrant for Armando Subashi and it was restrained.
“The same deformation is happening for the investigations of the Tirana incinerator to save Erion Veliaj and the real heads of the incinerator affair,” said Kryemadhi, who stressed that SPAK should hit the mark for the incinerators not under guidance of party congress.
“We are monitoring every action of the authorities for the incinerators and we will do everything so that the corrupt government officials know the law, while money and public property be returned to Albanians,” FP deputy Kryemadhi concluded. /Argumentum.al
