TIRANA, February 1 – A double murder took place on Wednesday in Paskuqan, a neighborhood of Tirana, where two other citizens of the same family were injured.
The suspected perpetrator Dan Hutra, 40, a person with a criminal record, went to the Hysa family’s apartment on “Rustem Haklaj” street, in Kodër-Kamzë, and fired a volley of Kalashnikovs.
He left his former partner’s sister and her sister-in-law, Mevlute Hysa and Hasune Dafku, dead, as well as injured his former partner Elena Hysa and her mother Kujtime Hysa.
After the serious incident, which is suspected to be the result of the breakup of the relationship and constant conflicts, Dan Hutra left in a car, taking the crime weapon with him.
Genti Mullaj, spokesperson of the State Police told the media: “He is a dangerous person, we ask the citizens to help, the Police of Tirana is looking for him.”
Hutra was released from prison 1 week ago after being handcuffed on June 16, 2022 for domestic violence. Meanwhile, TV Klan sources said that his former roommate, Elena Hysa, also had a protection order.
